I'm not clear on the last little bit from the sentence, "which a person is definitely the best". I thought it is comparable to the clause in "I am intending to address what They can be", the order of item and the verb is reversed (I forgot what the grammatical phrase is), "which one particular would be the best" should as a substitute be something
